Close enough to FSU. Spacious rooms. Due for a renovation. Beds comfy but pillows are lumpy. Understaffed causing long waits at reception. Rooms clean enough but shabby. Hall carpet overdue for a cleaning. Room door was difficult to operate and the room keys didn’t always operate the door. Rooms were low on stock of towels - but when we asked we received sufficient towels. My family liked it better than the last 3 places we stayed near FSU. Ample parking. Quick walk across the street for KFC and the convenience store for snacks and beverages. Would stay there again but it’s not the Taj Mahal or Buckingham Palace.

The room I stayed in was very small. The shower felt like it was going to cave in under me and there was no gym. They put a cool color refrigerator, and called it a Boutique. Nothing special or worth the price!
